Selvamare is located near the Enrico Mattei (Pizzomunno) seafront, about 50 meters from the sea and 150 meters from our partner beach (Lido 3 Stelle). Our property is nestled in greenery and enjoys a pleasant sea breeze at night.
Yes, both services are included in the price! Each apartment comes with a private parking space on the property and beach service (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, and 1 deckchair) at our partner "Lido Tre Stelle".
Yes, at Selvamare, small and medium-sized pets are welcome. We simply ask that guests respect the rules of cohabitation in common areas to ensure a wonderful holiday for everyone.
The apartments are equipped with all necessary kitchenware (dishes and pots). Bed linens are not included but can be brought from home or rented upon request at booking. Bath towels are not provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM on the day of departure. If you have special requirements or expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance to find a solution.
There is no washing machine inside the apartments. A coin-operated washing machine is available in a common outdoor area for €5.00 per use. Detergent is not provided.
